Working with students is always a fun experience and the students at the Fort Osage School District Career and Technology Center provided us with a great deal of fun when they brought us this project.
At just over 6′ tall x nearly 8′ wide, this stainless steel coffee cup is fabricated from 12 gauge plate. SSM cut the parts out, rolled them to the proper shape and then the students took over, welding, grinding and polishing the material to create the coffee cup that marks the entry to the student run coffee shop on campus.
