Approached by the Owner of this majestic building along Gillham Road, SSM was pleased to see that attention to detail was part of the plan to restore this building.
Using textured galvanized steel, to match the original components, SSM fabricated and installed new sloped gutters to follow the profiles of the original units at the building’s two tower features. Flashing components were also fabricated to be installed under the green glazed, clay tile roof and tie into the new gutters.
New fascia and soffit components were fabricated by SSM, as needed to replace damaged elements, or repairs were made to preserve existing.
The completed components blend in seamlessly to the original components once everything received a new coat of paint.
