SSM furnished, fabricated and installed our SSM100 (wet seal) composite wall panels above windows, Berridge FW-12 insulated core flush metal wall panels, custom aluminum eave brackets, and all associated fascia & flashings, as well as the stainless steel built in guttering & downspouts at the Porte cocheres. SSM also furnished and installed the column covers and sun control devices.
This 120,000 square foot building provides a variety of programs and services to Lakeview Village residents and the community, featuring Short-Term Rehabilitation services including physical, occupational and speech therapy, aquatic therapy and cardiac rehabilitation. The fourth floor is dedicated as Assisted Living apartments for 23 individuals. The Community Center also includes a Media Lounge and meeting space for community use.
