From ice cream trucks to gourmet food wagons and recreational vehicles of all types, the challenge is the extremely tight constraints in which the finished elements are to be placed.  Various components may need to be reduced in size, modified to fit or completely made from scratch to the exacting requirements of the owner and space restrictions of the vehicle.

The task is often as challenging as the results are rewarding.
