The Lamar Office Center is a two phased complex. The first phase, a 27,000 square foot two-story Class A multi-tenant office building was completed in the fall of 2008.

SSM field rolled and installed the custom double lock standing seam roof panels and flashing components. SSM utilized our shop fabricated and installed SSM100 composite wall panels for the fascia and soffit, and column covers. SSM field assembled and installed the ASCA sunshades.
