Working with A.L. Huber’s team is always a pleasure.  Working on this Community America project doubled the pleasure as the Owner and Architect both wanted to create a signature look to the new facility in Lee’s Summit, MO.

Utilizing an open joint rain screen panel provides for a very clean appearance and, as a maintenance free solution, the performance is long lasting.

Creating the custom patterns for the sun shades added another level of detail.  With SSM’s high speed, fiber optic laser, any pattern is possible.  Here, these triangular forms, in various sizes, are not only visually interesting on the exterior, they also create an interesting pattern of light across the building’s interior.
