Jesse remembers the first time he printed black & white photos from 35mm film.  Watching the image gradually coalesce on photographic paper in a chemical bath was mesmerizing enough that he sought out similar experiences in other areas.

It also appealed to his fascination with processes such that, he knew his finance degree lacked the creative aspect he craved.

His other creative pursuits;  experiences with design, metalworking, and working for a custom handrail/guardrail manufacturer had a similar feel that resonated with him and, he returned to school to study mechanical engineering with the goal of contributing to solutions for problems.

And that lead to him working here!
