The phrase, ”Busy as a bee” could describe Jim at work or at home on the farm. Here, he lays out parts, nests them together to reduce waste and sets up the programs to produce those parts. Jim works to keep everyone else working. Drawing parts and laying them out to be cut from flat materials keeps us buzzing along.

At home, his farm keeps him busy too. As part of the “bee team” Jim maintains several bee hives, producing honey for sale. This means he is not pollen your leg when he says, “Say hello to my little friends!”

His ‘honey do” list also includes spending time with his family and his extended farm critter family. Because of his good nature, most of us are sweet on him. . .
