This project was the renovation of the existing Music Hall located in Municipal Auditorium. The project required completion prior to the Nutcracker Symphony Performance. The 6 week duration of the second phase of the project required the demolition of the existing stage, and replacing with a new stage and gridiron, penetrating the roof of the auditorium and extending approximately 20 feet above the existing roof level.

SSM fabricated and installed the three tiered custom screen wall enclosure around the new gridiron structure. The screen wall was fabricated as a unitized panel & frame system utilizing terne coated stainless steel scallop panels and a tubular steel welded sub-frame system, which was then attached to outriggers on the gridiron structural steel.
