SSM fabricated and installed the architectural green/screen wall & soffit panels, the framed wire mesh panels, the elevator facade panels/floor identification signage, the garage entry signage, horizontal architectural louvers, as well as the green screen planter boxes, column drain covers and floor level signage at the stair tower.

The LEED Certified facility includes 12000 sf of tenant space which the University will make available for retail/commercial use to serve the campus community at large.
