Frank Inglis

Shop Foreman

Growing up in a household where his dad was a welder, Frank was able to tinker around the home, cutting out parts and welding them together.  Once in high school, Frank had a job that didn’t agree with him.  In talking to other family members — he had an uncle and a cousin that were both in the trade – they both encouraged him to give the Sheet Metal trade a test drive.

His first job was working for an industrial fabrication company.   While there, he learned food grade, TIG welding and welding structural plate components.  He worked in that capacity for similar companies for just over two decades and then he came to work for SSM.

A lot has changed for Frank in the eight years he has been with SSM.  He has a grandkid now and he and his wife enjoy taking the kids and grandkid to the lake.  Sure, there is some fishing involved but mostly it is the water sports that keep them active there and just enjoying life out on the water.

When not behind the wheel of a boat, Frank likes to get behind the wheel of his 68 Camaro or his 74 Ford pickup.
