Early in Shawn’s career, his emphasis was on estimating and learning the pre-construction side of the sheet metal industry. The vast knowledge gained over the 8 year span prepared him for his next journey.

In 2006 an opportunity came up to work at SSM. Shawn’s experience in estimating gave him the platform he needed to grow, manage and finish out the projects awarded. The next several years allowed him to problem solve and trouble shoot the design aspects of the many various projects SSM was awarded.

In February of 2014, Shawn made the decision to become an owner of SSM. His experience in estimating and managing of the architectural division, along with the combined experience of his brother Jeff, will help carry the company into our next chapter.
