Exterior Cladding Components

Description

Originally constructed in 1888, TreanorHL took on the role of evaluating the building for the City of Leavenworth.  Treanor examined each elevation of the building and developed a phased plan to repair and restore the brick and stone façade.

SSM, as a sub to Performance Contracting, worked as part of the team to provide historically accurate details, fabricated components and installation of those elements to help make the building water tight.

Fabricating from copper and stainless steel, we worked with the stone masons and the architect to create components that were sympathetic to the original details while improving upon the original performance characteristics of each element.  While you can hardly see any of our work, the results of this team approach are going to take the building into the next hundred years.
